The Sea Room is one of the original bedrooms in the Manor House and is situated on the 1st floor with direct access to the 250 square metre balcony with magnificent vistas of Lion’s Head, Signal Hill, Table Bay, Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain. It houses a king-size double bed with bathroom.

The décor is inviting, with rich colours, beautiful stained wooden furniture and a specially insulated carpet which significantly reduces sound that would normally occur with 108 year old wooden floor boards.

The Sea Room has taken its name from the “fairest Cape in all the world”.
