We are pleased to offer an investor
the opportunity to purchase equity in the property
housing our 15-roomed 5***** boutique hotel at a
very reasonable price in relation to the building’s
market value. Our operating company would continue
to operate the hotel business as normal and the
investor would not have a financial interest in the
business itself. An “arm-length” 5 to 10 lease
agreement would be put in place between the investor
and our operating company and the investor would be
entitled to sell the building at any time as a
boutique hotel or simply as a large residential
home. Several investment configurations are offered
to accommodate the investor’s preferences.
